I among many of my racer friends have noticed that police have been cracking down all over lancaster county! About a month ago I was hit with a DUI, that was the first time I was pulled over for that and even caught for driving under the influence for about a year. Many of my friends are finding themselves a speeding ticket or wreckless driving ticket. A couple got a tresspassing where all they wanted to do was race...they were being considerate of pedestrians and other drivers so they tried to find a secluded place to race. Dont even think about speeding in Mount Gretna, if they see you going at least five miles over then your fucked. Just to try to help you out I have had the best luck on Route 283 after midnight, and certain back roads after 1 am!

Maple Grove is about a half hour away. Friday night is street racing at the drag strip. Can't get a ticket that way. Drinking, driving, racing on the street, can't say I never did it, but I am much older and wiser today. Its a no no. Besides, midnight is way past this old man's bedtime.

Are the majority of the racers muscle or street?

Friday nights are strictly street cars, domestics, ricers, whatever.

I know what you mean I'm seeing cops everywhere. I got pulled over a couple of months on fruitville pike for speeding. I tried to fight it but the judge in manheim township has a pretty solid record of siding with the cops.

What do you drive?
